Frequently asked questions
What is included in the setup fee?
Setup covers: a private database pre-loaded with NHL API data (or SHL/European leagues on request), a REST API endpoint your club owns and controls, fully documented data schema, and automated ingestion scripts. Pro and Elite plans also include a live onboarding call.
Can we connect our own AI tool — ChatGPT, Copilot, or another model?
Yes. The API endpoint is model-agnostic. Once your pipeline is live you can query it from ChatGPT plugins, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude Projects, or any tool that accepts a REST endpoint. You are not locked in to any AI provider.
Why are the AI token costs so low?
Hockey analytics queries are structured and focused. A typical game recap sends roughly 10,000 tokens to the model — about €0.05 in compute. Starter and Pro plans include a monthly token budget that covers most teams usage without additional charges.
Which leagues are covered?
The standard setup uses NHL API data. On request we support SHL, Liiga, DEL, NLA, AHL, OHL, WHL, QMJHL, and USHL. European and junior league feeds may affect setup cost — contact us with your requirements.
What are the prices in Swedish kronor (SEK)?
Approximate SEK prices: Starter — 15,000 kr setup + 1,500 kr/month. Pro — 45,000 kr setup + 5,000 kr/month. Elite — 150,000 kr setup + 9,900 kr/month. Exact amounts depend on the EUR/SEK rate at invoicing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter includes a 14-day free trial for one team — no credit card required. Full access to the data pipeline and API endpoint. After the trial, subscribe or walk away.
Can token prices change?
Token rates are set by Anthropic and outside our control. We pass them through at cost with zero mark-up. If rates change, we notify you at least 30 days in advance. Current rates: anthropic.com/pricing.
What if our data is messy or non-standard?
Setup prices assume standard league API feeds. If your club has legacy data in custom formats, spreadsheets, or proprietary systems that need cleaning, we scope and quote additional consulting hours before any contract is signed — no surprises on your invoice.
